How far in advance can you book a trip?

We currently open up our calendar 6 months in advance.

When is check-in/checkout?

Check-in is 4pm

Check-out is 10am

Do you offer an early check-in option?

Currently, we are unable to schedule an early check-in in advance. If the cabin is ready before 4pm we can let you know the day of your arrival.

Are children allowed?

Unfortunately, our cabins are not suitable for children under the age of 8, except for infants that are not mobile.

Are pets allowed?

No, we have a strict no pets policy.

When is the best time to visit?

Any season! We have designed our cabins to be enjoyed year-round. Each season has its own charm. Peak foliage is in late October to the beginning of November.

Is there cell service and wifi?

Yes! both are available.

Do the outdoor showers operate in the winter?

Yes, the outdoor showers stay on throughout the winter and are only turned off if the temperature dips below 35 degrees, which is rare.

What is the cancellation policy?

100% refund for cancellations 90 days before the arrival date or within 48 hours booking

50% refund for cancellations 35 days before the arrival date

0% refund for cancellations 34 days or sooner before the arrival date

Can I reschedule my trip?

We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 35 days prior to check-in. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 35 days notice before your scheduled check-in. Only one rescheduling request will be accepted.

What kitchen utensils and supplies are offered?

We have everything you need to do light cooking.

Appliances: Grill (with propane), Mini-fridge with mini freezer, 2 burner stove top, microwave, instant hot water heater, electric coffee grinder, french press

Cooking utensils: Pots and pans with lids, strainer, spatulas, cutting boards, grill utensils, measuring cups, ice cream scoop, wine opener, etc

Cooking elements: Salt and pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, and other spices

How private are the cabins and surrounding area?

The cabins were designed with privacy in mind. There are no other structures visible from the cabins throughout most of the year, and minimal structures visible in winter. Additionally, we have blackout blinds on all the first-floor windows and doors for added privacy. You can even slide the outside barn door shut on the deck and lock it. Our cabins are spaced more than 200 feet away from each other. The woods and the terrain lends a sense of seclusion. The cabins are slightly more visible in the winter months, but again you'll feel that sense of seclusion with the privacy amenities built into each cabin.
